Leaking Pipe Causes Damage To Ceiling

Our SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County Team was called out to this local Cleveland home to access water damage caused by a leaking pipe. This leaking pipe went unnoticed by the homeowners for quite awhile causing the brown water stain to increase in size over time. As you can see in the picture to the top left, the water stain covers a significant area of the ceiling.

Our expert technicians were on site right away to address the water damage and remove the affected area of ceiling as you can see in the picture to the top right. 

After the affected ceiling was removed, our SERVPRO Team set equipment to start the drying process.
